Mycotoxins are secondary metabolites produced by fungi that cause biological origin acute and chronic mycotoxicosis. Mold occurring as a result of the invasion of feed raw materials by fungi are seen extensively. These moulds cause deterioration of the structure of the nutrients, as well as deterioration of the biological systems, severe toxications and even death of the animals consuming the moldy feeds. According to the data of FAO, 25% of agricultural products produced all over the world can be contaminated with mycotoxins and it is noted that the contamination degree of mixed feeds is higher (40%) in

Mytoxicosis can have acute, chronic and latent characteristics. With respected to the mycotoxicosis with acute characteristics, the animal takes the toxin in high doses with the feed in a short time and depending on the type of mycotoxin taken, symptoms such as hyperplasia, hemorrhage, diarrhea, loss of appetite, vomiting, edema and coma occur in the liver, kidney and spleen. Generally, the disease results in death. Chronic and latent ones are more common, and animaşs fed with low doses of toxic-containing feed for a long time face a number of economically important problems such as poor utilization of feed, decrease in live weight, the effects of mycotoxins in different animal species are shown in the following table. The most preferred method for decontamination of mycotoxins produced by fungi in feed and feed raw materials used in animal nutrition is using binders. Binders are non-nutritive adsorbents which bind mycotoxins, prevent their absorption from the gastrointestinal tract and ensure their removal from the body through feces. By this way, the effects of mycotoxins on animals are minimized and the health problems and yield losses they may cause are prevented or the yield can be increased.

Clinoptiolite and Bentonite -  Montmorillonite composition in Probond Plus are classified as porous and channeled tectoaluminosilicates loosely bound by water molecules and alkaline cations. The aluminosilicates in its composition prevent mold and fungi formation in feed with their capacity to adsorb water, reduce the toxic effects of heavy metals, bind to mycotoxins in the digestive tract and prevent their toxicological and pathological effects.

It contains Mennan Oligosaccharides (MOS) and Beta Gluons in the cell wall obtained by enzymatic hydrolysis of Saccharomyces cerevisia yeast culture.
MOS as one of the structures making up the composition of Probond Plus, is retained as a food source by pathogenic bacteria (E.Coli, Salmonella, etc.). While, these pathogens cannot digest MOS due to its molecular structure and are excreted depending MOS. The MOS it contains can be used as a food source by non-pathogenic bacteria such as lactobacilli and bifidobacteria in the digestive system. The rapid growth of these bacteria prevents other pathogens from multiplying in the intestinal flora. Beta Gluons making up its structure, are in protein structure and have an immune stimulating effect. They play an active role stimulating the immune system against foreign microbes taken external sources. In this role, the primary effect of Beta Gluons is macrophage activation and increasing the production of cells in the neutrophil series in the bone marrow. Furthermore, they increase the efficiency of antibodies formed as a result of this warning mechanism. Beta Gluons have a high level of binding power to all toxins, especially water-insoluble monocular toxins such as DON, Ochratoxin, T-2. Probond Plus minimizes the risk of feed-borne toxins with its binding effect, In addition, it increases the digestibility of feeds and feed consumption, has a digestive regulating effect with its natural prebiotic effect, and contributes to the development of natural rumen flora in calves. Silybum marianum, which is included in the composition of BioToc, is a plant with antioxidant and anti-inflammatory effects. In particular, the silymarin it contains improves liver functions by preventing the binding of toxic substances to liver cells. Also, silymarin helps fighting oxidative stress. It prevents damage to important cellular components cause by reactive oxygen species such as free radicals. Furthermore, the antioxidants it contains remove toxic substances from the blood and digestive system. Silybum Marianum extract has a positive effect on strengthening the immune system.
